To best enjoy your experience, we recommend that you give yourself at least 2 hours. Here is the breakdown of timings:

Village Gondola to Roundhouse = approximately 25-30 mins
Peak to Peak (one way) = 11mins (x2) = 22mins
Roundhouse to Whistler Village = approximately 25-30 mins

Things to keep in mind:

• There are a couple of retail locations to purchase souvenirs and restaurants in both the Roundhouse Lodge and the Rendez-vous for you to enjoy a nice lunch or a quick snack.
• Timing will ultimately depend on how long you would like to spend while you are up there. Two hours minimum is the suggested time if you are only planning to ride the gondola up, the P2P, and gondola back down to Whistler Village.

All P2P Sightseeing tickets are non-refundable

No, Ziptrek only sells P2P tickets as part of the Combo Package. To buy a ticket a la carte please visit Whistler Blackcomb Guest Relations

Ziptrek cancellations that are made outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy are subject to a refund of the total package price less the price of the P2P ticket

The savings vary depending on the package. You will save between 5% and 10% when purchasing the combo package.  Each Adult, Senior, Youth & Child save a portion of the total cost (if you were to purchase the products individually).

At the Ziptrek Guest Services desk in the Carleton Lodge right across from the Whistler Gondola Building. Ziptrek hours of operation are 8am until 7pm, seven days a week

No. The P2P Summer Sightseeing ticket is valid between May 26th and October 10th at which time the Mountain closes and will re-open for the winter season.

No. The package must be paid for in full.

The Peak to Peak is a Gondola that spans from Whistler Mountain to Blackcomb Mountain. It allows you to travel to each mountain without actually having to get off the gondola! The first of it's kind in the world.

The ticket includes a Gondola ride up Whistler Mountain. Once you are at the top of Whistler you are able to go back and forth on the P2P as many times as you would like for the day. 

Yes. If you have a ski pass there is no need to purchase this package as your ticket has the P2P included.

No. There is no further discounting allowed on the Ziptrek & P2P Combo, as it is already a discounted Package. No exceptions.
