| Do I need a credit card to make a reservation? |

We will take a credit card number at the time of booking to secure your reservations, but will not charge your card until the day of your tour. Payment for your tour will be processed at time of check in. Guests are welcome to use other methods of payment at time of check in, if you wish to pay with the credit card used to hold your booking the credit card MUST be presented at time of check in.
If you have a Ziptrek Ecotours gift certificate you will still need to leave your credit card details to make a reservation.
We will not accept reservations without a credit card.
